We want your experience with ZoksTees to feel clear, easy, and trustworthy. Our goal is simple: offer soft, wearable graphic apparel inspired by travel, surf, outdoor adventure, faith, humor, and the places people love.

ZoksTees sells apparel and related products, including graphic t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and other merchandise.

We do our best to display product photos, colors, descriptions, prices, sizing information, and availability as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, fabric type, garment color, and production differences.

Many ZoksTees items are printed after your order is placed. This allows us to offer more designs, sizes, colors, and product options without mass-producing inventory. Tiny differences in print placement, color, garment texture, or production appearance can happen, but damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or missing items are covered under our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on the product page and may change from time to time without notice. Shipping rates, discounts, taxes, and available payment options are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Orders and Order Processing

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. Most orders begin processing shortly after checkout.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or refund an order due to suspected fraud, inventory issues, production limitations, pricing errors, inaccurate product information, or other order problems. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Because many items are made to order, please allow time for your item to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipment before it is handed to the carrier.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed unless clearly stated otherwise. Carrier delays can happen due to weather, holidays, high package volume, customs processing, address issues, or circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at sales@zokstees.com. We will do our best to help, but address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production, been packed, or shipped.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Order Issues

We want you to feel confident ordering from ZoksTees. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or missing an item, we will make it right.

Because many items are printed specifically for your order, we are not able to accept standard returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, color preference, buyer’s remorse, or change-of-mind purchases. Please review the product description, color options, and size information carefully before completing checkout.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@zokstees.com.

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or if packaging was damaged

Eligible order issues may qualify for a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution based on the situation and our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

7. Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be sent into production quickly, so cancellation or change requests are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@zokstees.com. If the order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

8. Customer Responsibilities

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information.

You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, colors, shipping information, and store policies before completing your purchase.
