Order Processing & Production Time
Most orders are processed and sent into production shortly after checkout.
Because our products are made to order, please allow time for your item to be printed, packed, and prepared for shipment.
Typical production time is 2–7 business days before an order ships.
Production times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to supply chain delays.
Shipping Time
After your order has been produced and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method, destination, and carrier.
Estimated shipping times are generally:

Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when items are produced by different print providers, shipped from different facilities, or fulfilled at different times.
If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Carrier delays can happen due to weather, holidays, high package volume, customs processing, or other issues outside of our control.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors, household members, building management, or your local carrier.
ZoksTees is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you review the situation.
