Orders & Production
Are ZoksTees products made to order?
Yes. Most ZoksTees items are made to order after your purchase is placed. This means your shirt, hoodie, or apparel item is printed specifically for your order rather than pulled from a large pre-printed inventory.
How does ZoksTees fulfill orders?
ZoksTees is hosted on Shopify and uses print-on-demand production and fulfillment partners, including Printify-connected providers, to help print, package, and ship products. When you place an order, the order is processed through the store, sent into production, printed, packed, and then shipped to the address entered at checkout.
Does ZoksTees keep inventory in a warehouse?
Many items are produced on demand. This helps us offer more designs, sizes, colors, and product options without carrying large amounts of pre-printed inventory.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because ZoksTees products are custom printed and orders may be sent into production quickly, cancellation or change requests are not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please act as soon as possible.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered production, been packed, or shipped. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. ZoksTees currently offers free shipping on orders over $60, as shown on our website. Shipping rates and available options may also be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Because ZoksTees products are made to order, please allow production time before shipment. Typical production time is 2–7 business days before an order ships. After shipment, estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days within the United States and 7–21 business days for international orders. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Why does production take a few days?
Each item is printed after the order is placed. Production includes preparing the garment, printing the design, quality checks, packing, and handing the package to the shipping carrier.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, when tracking is available. Once your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Some orders may ship separately. This can happen when items are produced by different print providers, shipped from different facilities, or completed at different times. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, some products may be available for international shipping depending on product type, print provider, destination, and carrier availability. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
No. Delivery windows are estimates. Carrier delays can happen due to weather, holidays, customs processing, high shipping volume, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
What should I do if tracking says delivered but I did not receive my package?
First, check with household members, neighbors, building management, your mailbox/package area, and your local carrier. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at sales@zokstees.com with your order number and tracking number. ZoksTees is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help review the situation.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident ordering from ZoksTees. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or missing an item, we will make it right.
Because ZoksTees items are custom printed and made to order, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change-of-mind purchases.
How do I start a return, replacement, or order issue request?

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
We do not offer standard size or color exchanges because each product is printed after the order is placed. Please review the product description, size information, color options, and order details carefully before completing checkout.
What if ZoksTees or the print provider sent the wrong item?
Please submit a request within 30 days of delivery through your ZoksTees customer account at https://accounts.zokstees.com or contact us at sales@zokstees.com.
Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, print issue, packaging, or incorrect product received. If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Do I need to return a damaged or defective item?
Please do not send anything back without first submitting a request or contacting us. If a physical return is required, we will provide instructions by email or through your ZoksTees customer account. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Who pays for return shipping?
If a return is required, return shipping depends on the situation. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. After a refund is processed, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
Are original shipping charges refundable?
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item.
Sizing, Colors & Product Appearance
How do I choose the right size?
Please review the product description and size information before ordering. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size.
Will the product color look exactly like it does on my screen?
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, descriptions, and sizing information accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, monitor calibration, fabric type, garment color, print method, and production differences.
Will every print look exactly identical?
Because many products are printed after the order is placed, slight variations in print placement, color, garment texture, or production appearance may occur. Normal production variations are not considered defects.
Why do some designs look different on different shirt colors?
Graphic artwork can appear slightly different depending on garment color, fabric texture, lighting, and the way colors appear on screen versus in real life. We recommend choosing the shirt or hoodie color that best matches the design style you prefer.
Payments & Privacy
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or approved third-party payment providers. ZoksTees does not directly store full credit card numbers.
Is my personal information shared with fulfillment partners?
To fulfill your order, ZoksTees may share necessary order information such as your name, shipping address, ordered products, and shipping details with production and fulfillment partners. These partners use the information as needed to produce and deliver your order.
Do you send marketing emails?
If you sign up for marketing emails, ZoksTees may send promotional messages, product updates, special offers, or store news. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting sales@zokstees.com.
